20th anniversary concert in Gödöllő Royal Waiting Room on September 23, 2023
The anniversary concert will begin on September 23, 2023, at 8 p.m. in the Gödöllő Royal Waiting Room.
Although the concert is mainly a program of two jazz ensembles (In Memoriam Chet Baker Trio, Sári Szabolcs Septet), we will cover for one piece – recalling my classical music past – a XX. century author’s work. The concert will begin with this piece.
After that, the trio plays famous American hits such as Just Friends, How Deep Is The Ocean, After You’ve Gone, Tenderly, Half Nelson.
I break out into song in some tracks.

In the second half of the concert, the Sári Szabolcs Septet will play their own pieces, which are also on the Kartal Blues disc, which can be purchased after the concert, while supplies last.

Tickets are available at the Gödöllő Royal Castle and the Gödöllő City Library and Information Center.
Important informations
Those arriving by public transport can most easily approach the venue from the railway station – which is also the terminus of the HÉV line – while those arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the parking lot of the Waiting Room or in the opposite parking lot. The bus station is about a 15-minute walk away.
Concertgoers can exchange tickets for cash on the spot, payment by card is not possible.
For those who want to refresh themselves, the Royal Waiting Room buffet is available during the break.
